•We guarantee items will be ship out within 24-48 hours after payment is completed.
•Once your order has been shipped, you can find the tracking number and other details about the status of your order in the "Order Status" section of our website. You can track the progress of your order using your order number.
•All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by credit card billing address.
So please make sure your address is correct. If the address is incorrect or you are not at home to receive the package several times and the package is returned to sender, we will resend the product, however this will incur a 20% surcharge to allow for extra shipping costs.

All products from estarnike.com are shipped directly from our shipping centre using EMS Couriers.
•Shipping time takes approximately 7-10 days from the date we receive your order.
•We are not responsible for any applicable customs charges, taxes and duties.
•Damaged or lost items will be dealt with through the Post Office.
